Pour les plus gourmand(e)s, on ne se refuse pas un souffl\u00e9 moelleux, presque aussi doux qu&#8217;une mousse au chocolat et fondant \u00e0 souhait. Pour le dessert ou juste pour se faire plaisir (ou les deux) et faire le plein de calories !<\/p>\n<p>Ce petit souffl\u00e9 est rapide \u00e0 faire et vraiment (mais alors vraiment vraiment vraiment) savoureux, pour peu que vous utilisiez du chocolat de qualit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLa seule difficult\u00e9 \u00e9tant de monter des blancs en neige bien fermes et de les m\u00e9langer douuuucement au chocolat, sans que la pr\u00e9paration ne retombe. Pour le reste, un bon four et c&#8217;est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 ! (et l&#8217;erreur \u00e0 ne jamais commettre : ouvrir le four pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, c&#8217;est le choc thermique assur\u00e9 !). Je dis \u00e7a, c&#8217;est parce que vous pensez bien que je suis la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#8217;avoir fait.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-584\" title=\"fondant au chocolat\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2012\/10\/fondant_au_chocolat.jpg?resize=710%2C1065&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"fondant au chocolat\" width=\"710\" height=\"1065\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-582\" title=\"fondant au chocolat\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2012\/10\/fondant_au_chocolat2.jpg?resize=710%2C1065&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"fondant au chocolat\" width=\"710\" height=\"1065\"><br \/>\nLa recette est extraite de &#8220;Les Essentiels de l&#8217;Ecole de Cuisine Alain Ducasse&#8221;, que j&#8217;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 au niveau des proportions. J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement remplac\u00e9 la Ma\u00efzena par de la farine. Quand j&#8217;ai un peu de temps devant moi, je me pr\u00e9pare une cr\u00e8me anglaise pour l&#8217;accompagner, et j&#8217;attends qu&#8217;il soit ti\u00e8de pour le d\u00e9guster.
