Autant c&#8217;est un fruit (? Je crois ?) que j&#8217;adore en confiture ou en compote, mais \u00e0 part \u00e7a, il traine sur les \u00e9tals, et rare sont les personnes qui en ach\u00e8tent j&#8217;ai l&#8217;impression. Alors que bien associ\u00e9, c&#8217;est un pur r\u00e9gal la rhubarbe !<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;en ai donc profit\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer une Pavlova toute douce, juste relev\u00e9e ce qu&#8217;il faut par la pointe d&#8217;acidit\u00e9 qu&#8217;offre la rhubarbe et une note de fraicheur avec quelques pointes de menthe. Et avec la chaleur qu&#8217;il fait ses temps-ci, \u00e7a passe tout seul ! Une tuerie !<br \/>\nEt puis si vous voulez \u00e9pater la galerie, une Pavlova \u00e7a en jette toujours quand viens le moment du dessert.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4188\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2014\/07\/recette_pavlova_fraises_rhubarbe_4.jpg?resize=710%2C1065&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"recette_pavlova_fraises_rhubarbe_4\" width=\"710\" height=\"1065\"><\/p>\n<p>Pour la meringue, mon four \u00e9tant <del>merdique<\/del> capricieux (\u00e7a m&#8217;\u00e9neeeeeerve), j&#8217;ai d\u00fb m&#8217;y reprendre \u00e0 deux fois et surveiller la cuisson toutes les 10 minutes. Pour finalement obtenir quelque chose de craquel\u00e9 (ouin), mais \u00e0 point quand m\u00eame. C&#8217;est \u00e0 dire sec au touch\u00e9 et l\u00e9\u00e9\u00e9\u00e9\u00e9g\u00e8rement fondant \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\nPour la chantilly, pour \u00eatre certaine de la r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 tous les coups, j&#8217;utilise de la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 40% (oui chuis une comme \u00e7a moi, j&#8217;ai pas peur du gras)<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4187\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2014\/07\/recette_pavlova_fraises_rhubarbe_3.jpg?resize=710%2C1065&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"recette_pavlova_fraises_rhubarbe_3\" width=\"710\" height=\"1065\"><\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation, je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9co kitsh-mais-pas-trop, pour l&#8217;hommage \u00e0 la danseuse Anna Pavlova (qui serait \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de ce dessert).<br \/>\nJ&#8217;aurai volontiers rajout\u00e9 plus de petits \u00e9l\u00e9ments du genre mini oiseaux blancs ou vaisselle \u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne mais je sais pas, j&#8217;ai envie de faire dans le d\u00e9pouill\u00e9 en ce moment. class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"4\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 100\u00b0C.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Tamisez le sucre glace et ajoutez le au reste du sucre.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Dans une jatte, s\u00e9parer les blancs d'oeufs. Ajoutez votre pinc\u00e9e de sel et quelques gouttes de jus de citrons.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Armez-vous de votre fouet \u00e9lectrique et commencez \u00e0 battre les oeufs. Quand ceux-ci deviennent mousseux, ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit le sucre (cuill\u00e8re apr\u00e8s cuill\u00e8re).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Continuez \u00e0 battre jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les oeufs soient bien serr\u00e9s et que vos blancs soient fermes et brillants.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"5\">Sur une plaque allant au four assez fine, placez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. (Pour la faire tenir, servez-vous de vos blancs comme de colle)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"6\">A l'aide d'une poche \u00e0 douille ou d'une spatule, dressez votre meringue en n'oubliant pas de creuser un trou au centre.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"7\">Enfournez \u00e0 100\u00b0C, et suivant la puissance de votre four (pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la chaleur tournante), laissez cuire entre 2 et 4 heures.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"8\">N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ouvrir la porte du four de temps en temps pour chasser l'humidit\u00e9 et v\u00e9rifier que votre meringue ne bruni pas.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"9\">Pendant ce temps, commencez \u00e0 \u00e9pluchez les branches de rhubarbe et d\u00e9coupez-les grossi\u00e8rement.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"10\">Placez l\u00e0 dans une po\u00eale avec le sucre et la menthe finement cisel\u00e9e.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"11\">Laissez fondre sur feu moyen tout en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps. R\u00e9servez et laissez refroidir la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"12\">Lorsque votre meringue est pr\u00eate, on peut passer au dressage !<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"13\">D\u00e9coupez vos fraises en quartiers, et ciselez le reste de menthe.
