I add some nuts ganache for a softness taste and use my <a title=\"Battle Food #3 \/ Tartelette aux speculoos, fromage frais &amp; myrtilles\" href=\"http:\/\/www.popandsoda.com\/battle-food-3-tartelette-aux-speculoos-fromage-frais-myrtilles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almond pastry<\/a>, but of course, you can use any sweet shortcrust pastry you like.<br \/>\nBe careful when you prepare the caramel, cook it until lightly browned to avoid a bitter taste.<br \/>\nTo be served with a cup of tea or coffee! class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Pre heat oven at 180\u00b0C<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Put the dough into the pie dish. Prick the base of the tart with a fork then fill with dried<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">beans to ensure that the pastry doesn't rise during cooking, then place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then let it cool and set aside.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"4\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Ganache<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Melt the butter. Whip the eggs; add sugar and melted butter whilst continuing whipping then add the hazelnut powder.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Let it cool in the fridge.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"5\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Caramel<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Heat the cream then set aside. Place the sugar and water over high heat.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Cook into a light caramel (not to browned, be careful), then add butter. Mix the preparation and add the cream. (Attention: splashes can occur.) Continue to mix then remove from the heat.
