Plus d&#8217;une semaine dans un \u00e9tat proche d&#8217;une flaque, \u00e0 me trainer tant bien que mal de mon lit au canap\u00e9 et du canap\u00e9 au lit. Le bonheur.<br \/>\nMais le soleil de cette derni\u00e8re semaine m&#8217;a redonn\u00e9 du peps ! Et vous l&#8217;aurez probablement remarqu\u00e9, mais ces derniers temps je tr\u00e9pigne en attendant le printemps.<br \/>\nJ&#8217;ai envie de fleurs, de couleurs et de soleil. Qui ne nous a pas g\u00e2t\u00e9 ce week-end, mais je m&#8217;en fous, je confectionnais mes Wagashi tranquillement.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-27693 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2015\/03\/wagashi-fb.png?resize=480%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"wagashi\" width=\"480\" height=\"480\"><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, j&#8217;avais pr\u00e9vu de f\u00eater le nouvel an chinois et de pr\u00e9parer des g\u00e2teaux Lune. Mes les <a href=\"http:\/\/makemylemonade.com\/mochi-mochi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mochi Daifuku de Lisa<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/popandsoda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinterest<\/a> m&#8217;ont rappel\u00e9s aux Wagashi, ces douceurs qui f\u00eatent aussi les nouvelles saisons. Quoi de mieux que des fleurs pour revenir \u00e0 mes premiers amours, \u00e0 savoir le Japon !<br \/>\nLes Wagashi, qui se traduisent litt\u00e9ralement par &#8220;dessert japonais&#8221;, ce sont ces desserts que l&#8217;on sert \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du th\u00e9. Au Japon, (et en Asie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, d&#8217;ailleurs), les desserts ne sont pas tr\u00e8s fort en go\u00fbt, et ce pour une bonne raison, ils ne doivent pas couvrir la saveur du th\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la confection, c&#8217;est \u00e9videmment tout un programme ! Quand on se lance dans la cuisine japonaise, le mot <em>patience<\/em> prend tout son sens. Et c&#8217;est avec le plus grand respect pour les ma\u00eetres japonais que j&#8217;ai voulu me lancer dedans.<br \/>\nLa base de ces desserts est le haricot. Haricot rouge pour la garniture (Hazuki Koshian), et haricot blancs pour l&#8217;enrobage (Nerikiri). Notez l&#8217;absence de gluten !<br \/>\nIl faut d&#8217;abord pr\u00e9parer les haricots, pour obtenir une sorte de farine (Le &#8220;GO&#8221; et le &#8220;SARASHIAN&#8221; (et pas Kardashian)), dont la texture rappelle le velours. Pour ensuite les transformer en p\u00e2te, tr\u00e8s proche du massepain, mais sans le go\u00fbt (et \u00e7a tombe bien, j&#8217;ai horreur du massepain).<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-27675 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2015\/03\/haricots-magiques.jpg?resize=710%2C1065&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"haricots magiques\" width=\"710\" height=\"1065\">Les petites peaux de haricot blanc<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-27679 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2015\/03\/go-and-sarashian.jpg?resize=1065%2C710&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"go-and-sarashian\" width=\"1065\" height=\"710\">La base des Wagashi<\/h6>\n<p>C&#8217;est looooong, mais arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape de la confection c&#8217;est un vrai plaisir de modeler toute sorte de formes. S&#8217;installer au calme, voir les formes se cr\u00e9er sous ses doigts&nbsp; et associer les couleurs&#8230; j&#8217;ai vraiment pass\u00e9 un bon moment, relaxant et m\u00e9ditatif.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-27677 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.popandsoda.com\/medias\/2015\/03\/wagashi_japanese_sweet_spring_sakura2.jpg?resize=710%2C5091&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"wagashi_japanese_sweet_spring_sakura2\" width=\"710\" height=\"5091\"><\/p>\n<p>Mes humbles Wagashi sont \u00e9videmment loin de ressembler \u00e0 ceux des vrais ma\u00eetres japonais !<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette fois, pas de recette, je vous laisse avec trois vid\u00e9os super bien d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, qui expliquent \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, comment proc\u00e9der !<br \/>\nJ&#8217;ai pour ma part utilis\u00e9 des haricots blancs &#8220;de chez nous&#8221; et des haricots rouge que vous trouverez dans les boutiques japonaises.
